Submissions for our journal are currently closed

Thank you for your interest in publishing with the Nebraska Law Review. We have filled our publication slots for Volume 105 and are no longer accepting submissions for this cycle. We will reopen for Volume 106 submissions in January 2027.

We prefer articles that are approximately 20,000 words. Please note that we DO NOT publish articles authored or co-authored by current law students at any law school other than Nebraska Law.

We prefer articles that are approximately 20,000 words, however, this is only a soft guideline. Articles are evaluated primarily on substance rather than quantity.

Please note that the Nebraska Law Review DOES NOT publish articles authored or co-authored by law students currently enrolled at any law school other than Nebraska Law.
